炒白粿
炒白粿是从家婆那儿学回来的。这白粿需要浸至少12小时。要烫和过冷水。接着就炒香虾米,葱末。再放入肉碎,冬菇,青菜。调味料是耗油,黑酱油和江鱼仔汤。之后在放入白粿,焖至收汁就即可。
